2011 – Our very first meeting to talk about the idea of creating an organization to bring together the Polish-interest groups and people of texas was called by Bishop John W. Yanta, DDS. It was held on January 27, 2011, at the Shrine of Our Lady of Czestochowa in San Antonio.
Throughout the year, meetings followed via teleconference.
On Sept 10, 2011, we met in Lakeway, Texas under the leadership of Bishop Yanta, and voted to write and accept our Mission Statement. On November 20, 2011, we met in San Antonio to further discuss plans for the future development of PACT.
2012 – On June 16, 2012, we met in San Antonio, where we approved By-Laws and elected the first slate of Officers; Art Gmurowski, President; Elenora Dugosh Goodley, Vice President; Marian Kruzel, 1st Vice President; Elaine Mazurek Stephens, Secretary; Beata Zadrozna, Treasurer.
